ARMA, the Association for Renaissance Martial Arts Resources for reconstructing historic European martial arts, including a number of translations of manuals. AEMMA, Academy of European Medieval Martial Arts Top resource for western martial arts, includes fighting manuals and videos of armoured combat.

Other groups The local SCA group. NZ Schools of European Martial Arts NZ organization of WMA schools, with groups in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington. Gathering Darkness NAAMA Forum Forums of the National Association of Ancient and Medieval Arts, home to most of the reenactment groups in NZ. A group dedicated to holding highly authentic reenactment camps. Australian Register of Living History Organisations List of most living history and re-enactment groups in Australia and New Zealand. A study group focusing on the English Longbow. Plenty of really good information about longbows, arrows, their use in warfare,and philosophy on modern longbowmanship. The local Chrischurch archery store. Good source of archery and arrowmaking equipment, shafts, fletches, points etc. Nelson based company supplying archery equipment. Slightly cheaper than Aimtru.
